- Susannah was the daughter of Reuben Oakley and his second wife, Mary Inglehart Colanda, the sister of his first wife, Elizabeth Inglehart who had died sometime around 1832. Susanna married her cousin, John E. Inglehart. Their two daughters Emma and Ella were 34 and 44 years old respectively, when they died on July 26, 1905 in an accident. Susannah, her husband John and daughters are all buried in the Palermo Cemetery, Dundas and Old Bronte Road.
