McEvoy -- Jeff andKaren (nee Sparkes) are thrilled to announce the birth of their first child, Jake Jeffrey on Saturday, December 10, 1994 at 1:26 p.m., weighing in at 7 lbs., 8-1/2 ozs. Proud grandparents are Ron and Helen Sparkes and Jean McEvoy. Uncle Ron and Aunt Karen and Uncle Jim and Aunt Lorraine, cousins Jennifer, Jamie, Meghan and Douglas can hardly wait to play with Jake. Thank you to Dr. D. Zeni for her excellent care throught the pregnancy and delivery. Thanks also to Dr. Suppall, Dr. P. Zeni, Dr. Furness and the OB staff. The delivery was a wonderful experience we will never forget. Special thanks to the obstetrics staff of G.D.M.H. your care, support and expertise is second to none!
