- The Ford children, pictured with the car their father, Robert (R.R. Ford) won in 1936 for selling the most subscriptions to the Oakville Record Star. They are all hoping to take a ride in it. Note the running board along the side. From l-r, children are; Featherstone who was called Hank, Jim, Marion, Doreen who was called Baby, and Isobel.
