Honour Burts at Ballinafad
About 200 people gathered at the Ballinafad Community Hall last Saturday night to honor Mr. and Mrs. George Burt on the occassion of their 40th wedding anniversary.
There was a dance with the Fred McDougall orchestra providing the sounds and Earl Burt and Basil Watson assisted the musicians.
Refreshments were also served to the guests who had come from as far away as Guelph, Grand Valley and Toronto.
"We received a number of gifts," said Mrs." said Mrs. Burt.
