Wilson, Sarah B. -- of R.R. 1, Delhi, in her 86th year, passed away at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, January 22, 1997. Born on July 12th, 1911, in Filey North Yorkshie, England, she was a member of the Lynedoch, United Church. Dear daughter of the late Thomas Norrison Marr and Sarah (Watson) Marr. She came to Canada in 1920. Surviving are her husband Kenneth J. Wilson, one daughter Ruth Ann Kidd of Victoria, B.C., 2 sons Donald Wilson and his wife Alda of Georgetown and Philip Wilson, and his wife Lynne of Acton, and 7 grandchildren, Donna, Paul, Matt, Sara, Timothy, Jennifer and Morgan. Also survived by 3 sister-in-laws, Mrs. Alice Marr of Courtland, Mra. Barbara Marr of Boyington Beach, Florida and Esme Bowden of Brantford. Predeceased by 3 brothers, Thomas, Henry and Ronald Marr and 2 sisters Gertrude and Ivy. Rested at the Ostrander's Funeral Home, Tillsonburg, where funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25, 1997 at 2:00 p.m.
