Brown -- Kevin, Michelle and big brother Ryan are thrilled to announce the birth of Jeffrey Philip, on Monday, April 21st, 1997, at 3:09 p.m., weighing 7 lbs., 7-1/2 ozs. Proud grandparents are Dolores Fratoni of Hamilton and Allan and Betty Brown of Barrie. Sixth great-grandchild of Agnes Kneeshaw, and tenth great-grandchild of Angelina DelCol. A special thanks to Dr. Ramanna for his extraordinary care, Dr. Halparin, nurse Terry Kinnon and all the OB nurses at Georgetown and District Memorial Hospital.
