- KIRBY, Margaret Elizabeth -- Suddenly on Tuesday, August 5th 1997 at Hamilton General Hospital. Marg Coburn, in her 79th year, wife of the late Mervyn Kirby and loving mother of Lawrence and his wife Jean of Hepworth and Marilyn and her husband Martin Snell of Georgetown. Proud grandmother of Kristin, Sean, Andrew, Scott and Jordan. Dear sister of Ethel Lingard of Toronto, Robert Coburn of Toronto and Charles Coburn of Erin. Predeceased by her sisters Mary Jane Pinkney and Eleanor Matthews and by her brothers Norman Coburn and John Coburn. Friends were received at the J.S. Jones and Son Funeral Home, Goergetown, Ontario. Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep, I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow, I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn's rain, When you awaken in the morning hush, I am the swift uplifting rush, Of quiet birds in circled flight, I am the soft stars that shine at night, Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die.
