- BEATTY, Wesley John --(Formerly President of Beardmore and Company) Peacefully in his 95th year on Saturday, August 23, 1997 at the Georgetown and District Memorial Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved wife Eleanor (1987). Loving father of Eleanor Sonia of California, George Beaty of Richmond Hill and the late Gordon Beaty (1981). Wes will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Acton, Ontario.
