CONLON, Velma May (nee Noakes) -- Peacefully after a long illness, at the Georgetown and District Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, January 31, 1998. Velma in her 91st year, wife of the late Bert Conlon and beloved mother of Russell and his friend Beverley, Barbara and her husband Lorne Hunter and step-mother of Grace V. McLean and her husband Herbert and their children Carol Wells and Catherine Moore. Dear grandmother of Gordon Hunter, Kevin Conlon, Marnie Wales and Melissa Conlon. Loving great-grandmother to Michelle and William Conlon, Matthew and Kate Hunter, Emma Wales and Samanatha Conlon. Sister of the late Francis Coltson, Verme Ritza, Russell and infant Donald. Funeral service was held at the J.S. Jones and Son Funeral Home, Georgetown, Ontario, on Tuesday, February 3rd at 11 a.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
