Conlon, Velma (Card of Thanks)

The family of Velma Conlon would like to thank friends and family for their cards, phone calls and tributes to our mother. We appreciate the caring services of Rev. Peter Rarrow and Toby of Jones Funeral Home. We would like to thank Meals on Wheels, Home Care especially Celene, also Karen of Helping hands and Sally Plackett.
