- PERCY, William L. -- Peacefully on Friday, May 22, 1998 at the Georgetown and District Memorial Hospital, after a brief illness Bill Percy in his 81st year, beloved husband of Queta and dear father of David and John and his wife Dixie. Proud grandfather of Ken, Jim, Vince and Celeste. Bill served overseas curing WW11 with the 17th Duke of York Royal Canadian Hussars. A private family service was held in the chapel at the J.S. Jones and Son Funeral Home, Georgetown, Ontario, on Monday May 25, 1998. Cremation.
