The options are 1) early dis- missal, which would result in a break from Friday, Dec. 16 to Monday, Jan. 2; 2) late dismissal, which would consist of a break from Friday, Dec. 23 to Monday, Jan. 9; or a split week dismissal which would result in a break from Wednesday, Dec. 21 to Thursday, Jan. 5. The survey is open until Friday, Jan. 21, 2011 and is available at www.hdsb.ca.
