Full Text: KEMP -- Rob and Natalie are happy to announce the birth of their son, Justin Darrell, born October 8, 1998, weighing 9 lbs., 8 ozs., at Georgetown and District Memorial Hospital. A new brother for Brady. Special thanks to Dr. Sutherland and the Nurses on the OB ward and to Julie O'Brien for her heartwarming presence during the delivery. Proud brandparents are Linda and Daniel Heintz of Rockwood and Goed Kemp of Ballinafad.
