Full Text: ARSENAULT -- It is with great joy that Desneige and Dino are able, after so many years to announce the birth of their miracle baby boy, Joseph Ivan, on April 19, 1999, a new brother for Chantal & Melissa. A much awaited grandchild for Louise and the late Felix Arsenault of St. Gilbert P.E.I. and Adelbert & Fedora Albert of Bertland, NB. Many thanks to all the nurses who were so helpful in the OB ward and to Dr. Gunaratnam at Georgetown Hospital. Also many, many thanks go to all our friends and family for your support, prayers, gifts and wellwishes.
