FRIES, John Roger "Jack" (Grand Lodge Officer and Past Master of Masonic Lodge #356 G.R.C. ) Peacefully, in the presence of his family, on Thursday June 15th, 2006 at the Georgetown Hospital. Jack, in his 80th year, beloved husband of June for the past fifty four years. Loving father of Laurie and her husband Orrie and Debbie and her husband Kevin. Cherished and proud grandfather of Jennifer and her husband Jed, Marc and his wife Jen, Kori and Jodi. Predeceased by his brother Al. Dear brother-in-law of Marg Fries, Doris Sharpe and Glenn Laidlaw. Friends were received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Avenue, Georgetown, 905-877-3631 on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral and Committal service was held in the chapel on Monday June 19th, 2006 at 10:00 am. Cremation to follow. In memory contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
