LAYMAN, John Francis "Jack" Peacefully, in the presence of his family, on Friday December 29th, 2006 at the Georgetown Hospital. Jack, in his 92nd year, beloved husband of Jean for the past sixty-five years. Loving father of Frankie and her husband Russ Hammond of Guelph and John and his wife Susan of Pennsylvania. Cherished grandfather of Mark (Stacey), Melanie (Jeff), Michael (Inga), Curtis and Olivia and great grandfather of Owen, Jack, and Evan. Dear brother of Ralph and George. Predeceased by his sisters Evelyn, Irene and Clacey and his brother Glen. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Avenue, Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Friday from 7-9 pm. Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday January 6th, 2007 at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place.
