Interesting but mainly for the perusal of all snowmobile owners and operators due to the recent popularity and increase In ownership of snowmobiles in the area The Acton Snowmobile Club was formed three years ago Aim of the club is to improve this sport In the area by getting the machines out of the builtup areas and in more suitable surrounding openrecreation daces for safety well as fun and where snowmobiles wUl not be a hazard or a nuisance to the general public There are certain Individuals In our community who insist on racing on town streets country roads school yards and parks endangering the general public The use of all these premcntloned areas is now legal but these areas should be used with care consideration and common sense Members of our club are willing to assist in any community emergency and any humane cause also aid the local police in the control of snowmobile abuse Including our own club members should they disregard the rights of others Remember that you as snowmobile drivers are responsible for the image of all and a few can tarnish the reputation of all which could result In the loss of privileges now enjoy Snowmobilers welcome to loin our club Anyone
