Construction starts Monday Beordmore sewage plant Construction began Monday on a new sewage plant for Beard more and Co which company officials hope will reduce disposal and odor problems encountered by the company to a minimum Designed by an engineering firm In West Germany which has had marked success In similar installations the plant is being built under the supervision of Underwood McUllan
