shock to many friends The sudden death of Mrs George Currie wife of a former reeve and county warden at her home in Stewarttown August was a shock to her many friends A gifted and talented pianist she was well known across the county and through much of southern Ontario as the leader of the Doris Hulls Orchestra which wis one of the popular dance bands of the area She led the orchestra for years Mrs George pro ficiency at the piano made her orchestra one of the most sought after in the district for dances and other types of engagements and her death closed a chapter on some very pleasant memories for those she entertained Mrs Currie was also very much involved in public life as the wife of George Currie former reeve of Esquesing and Warden of Halton in One of the final public
