Councillor Coxe Regular garbage pickup would solve dump problems Hie waste management branch of the Department of the Environment has told Esquesuig council an undesirable situation exists at the township dump almost as bad as the burning which plagued them for years In a letter to council one of the Department engineers said he had recently Inspected the dump and although he had been led to believe the township wanted to run a good operation he was disappointed in what he had seen Refuse had been pushed much too dose to the Black Creek and the resultant runoff could pollute the water the
