school for the winter break but it is also the day that students begin their nineday visit to the United Kingdom These lucky students accompanied by Mr Black Mr B and Mr and Mrs D Katz will spend five days in London England and four days in Edinburgh Scotland Besides visiting such places as Avon Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace these travellers will see some aspects of the English Theatre the United Kingdom railway system and the natural British tradition Canvass town In order to cut down on expenses for this trip the students have decided to collect glass bottles and Jars for recycling On Saturday Feb 19 students will be canvassing the town for all the glass that is available The students have three trucks available to them to haul the bottles and Jars If you wish to render assistance to these students and at the same time dispose of those bottles that you could never find a place for simply put them in a box and they will be picked up on Saturday These trips
