fathers to turn their sons loose in tht outofdoors so they could understand the balance of nature and how dependent man is on other forms life He described what hoppened in Borneo where mosquitoes his statement that everything we see has a reason and purpose and even flies and termites have a plate in the total scheme of things Man has never yet learned to get with other livlnf things he felt Scouter Harrison gave their annual report about the condition of scouting in Acton stressing activities which had taken place and those to come as well as introducing assistant leaders The district
