Magistrate for Hilton In 1063 and later was named a Provincial Court Judge He worked as a purchasing agent for an Oakvllie Tannery in when ho moved to from Boston Mass he was born In Dublin Ireland and lived In Nova Scotia as a youth Bsaebanfan Judge Black a keen interest In baseball saw him named a life member of the County Baseball Association He was also an member of the Ontario Baseball
