St Abans hosts diocesan meeting A general meeting of the Anglican Church Women was held here at St s church last Wednesday The event was held here to with the perish centennial year The diocese Mclntyre Plans on preparing for a special Anniversary celebration by the Branch will be undertaken by the executive after receiving suggestions from the members With the District Annual coming up on May 24 Lions were Judged for squares and fruit loaves with Mrs W J winning in the first class and Mrs D Moffat in the second They will compete at the District Annual this week A dainty lunch was
