today Is new and exciting The teacher makes the subjects jump to life with the aid of films and other new electronic machines The teachers themselves are not the stern mouth dontspcakunlcsslask type Today they encourage the young people to speak out and state their pros and cons on such subjects When attended school I remember being quiet and tense where there were a lot of teachers around Tonight the air was filled with relaxation and the ability to speak to the teachers with case and comfort especially during Mrs speech who was the guest speaker Yes I was very proud tonight of Deborah To know she wants to complete school means a great deal to me I left the school with tears in my eyes but with pride In my heart I am sure that 1 not the only mother to feel so grand But as you can sec by my poorly composed letter this was one of the greatest days in my life to see her ac complish so much 1 am sure I will feel this same gladness when each of my other children reach this first completion on their way to higher education I wish to congratulate all the young ladies and gentlemen and their fine teachers whom guided them along with patience and sometimes temper May their next place In life bring them happiness and a love of life in people Thank you Confused by publication Dear Sirs have Just read The Voice of M Z I am more confused and disgusted than pleased Some of the class predictions are cute some are funny But some arc and at least one Is downright degrading I understand that a teacher edited this but she must have missed some of them As for the one about my daughter I really don how I feel It Just t make sense at all But the one I am most incensed about could rum a girl reputation tor life These books are supposed to be keepsakes I afraid they re a
