coat then place one at a time on a greased cookie sheet Bake at degrees for Vi minutes Cool thoroughly and store In a tightly container In a large bawl place 1 pound shelled Brazil nuts thats about of the potkntlcs 1 pound cut dates and iv cups maraschino cherries Silt cup flour cup sugar tap baking powder tsp salt over nuts and mix woll with hands Boat J eggs till foamy add vanilla and stir Into nut mixture till wtll mixed Pour Into greased lined loaf pun and 310 degrees until well browned about hour Cool on a rack wrap to cheese soaked In grapefruit Juice I use old clean diaper steeped In sherry anil store In frig or cool piuce SUET PUDDING Mix 1 beaten tun milk lor cider or tbsp molasses cups brown sugar finely hopped cups packaged dry breadcrumbs 1 cup raisins tup mixed candied fruit Mix up each of baking salt cloves allspice and 1 cinnamon Sprinkle over batter and blond wcll Fill Individual groused custard cups twothirds full and cover wltli foil tightly Steam for 1 hour Mnkci Beat tup butter till fluffy I never use for this Blend in cups sifted Icing sugar then either I tsp vunllta or 1 brandy Boat till fluffy More In frig in tightly covered bowl May be made one week ahead
