District Lions Club In a move to ensure regional government does not drain township coffers council passed a resolution Monday authorizing preparation of a new capital reserve by law to ensure the fund is spent within the present existing boundaries of the township The move was obviously also timed to coincide with a Georgetown proposal that the unallocated in the capital reserve fund be given
