Splinter the student making the moat progress during the year Athletic awards Athletic awards were presented to Carol Jordan and Ford Alton by physical education teacher Ed Jennifer Rowe accepted the Student Council award for public speaking from Warren Coultrup Retiring principal Elmer Smith was presented with a portrait of himself by Melody on behalf of the students of the school and Mrs Smith received flowers from Elaine Foster The portrait was done from a photograph taken by teacher Dave father Grade teacher Walter Dubois who is also retiring this year was presented with a golf club by Mary Splinter and Maureen Salt Don Coats presented flowers to Mrs Dubois and Diane Bradshaw who also teaches Grade 8 ac cepted flowers from Nancy South Valedictorian Valedictorian for the class of was
