world said John son Line Erin Twp as we sat in the living room of his fascinating log house which inspired him to build his first doll house last Christ Around us were doll houses all shapes and sizes some finished some not It has been a busy year for John and his family He and his Jean make the houses and children and Sarah test their dura bility Most of them pass as John objective with each house he builds for children is to make it last at least 100 child playing years Other houses more ornate are made for show and art bought by adults interested in collecting miniatures Volunteer John building doll houses began last winter when Jean secretary at Cheltenham Boston Mills Press of which John is dent decided to buy her children a doll house for a Christmas prestnt John volunteered to make the gift and fashioned it on the pio neer style log cabin he had recently built on his parent Line property The Boston Mills Press celebrated Christ mas at Terra Cotlu Inn and it was there John interested in this business I want to product something ivhich people will look at a luryandsay John of Erin made When John first made his houses all parts were hand trailed Now he is having tht front
