the Ven lurers to the Boy Scout Camp on the Niagara River As part of their badges the points of interest of the area were visited Three Venturers from Acton were invested that weekend Garry Simon and Edward were welcomed into the company by their ad visors James Saxon and Brian were the first from Acton to receive a badge from the six ex area badges on the weekend They were awarded the badges for students played the teachers in a game of volleyball The girls plajed the women teachers and won then the boys played the men teachers with the men teachers defeating the boys After that a game with teachers Brian and Mrs Sue Burns The purpose of the trip is to put the group together for three con days in a controlled environment The objective is to help the class to work together and as group Although there will be some free lime for tht group the schedule will be made up mostly of the usual studies from the classroom The group is raising themselves through fund raising activities One of
