hydro com I mission crackdown I Hydro superintendent Doug Mason told the commission at their monthly meeting day morning that meter readers have been having problems recently in the KlnghamRd townhouses He explained that some home owners have erected a fence right to the road and the readers cannot get into the back yards to read the meters Ifnooneisathome a card is left for the resident
