the Chaplin Senior Citizens Mr Hlggins Is by his wife Alma Chaplin one daughter Mrs Allan Carol Sask four grandchildren and two sisters Mrs Martha Smith Moose Jaw and Mrs Sarah Mlddleton Reglna He was
