Staff Alex Terrell Top cop in District I The recent shuffle of senior Halton police around has brought Staff Inspector Alex Terrell from Oakvllle to command district one Distrlcl one encompasses all of Halton region above Highway Five and thus repre sents the largest district hi The idea behind the shuffle is the cation and integration of the entire police force the 55yearold staff inspector said
