both the four by metre and four by At the Forest City Pre paration Meet in London at the University of Western Ontario Mcridith McLaren paced Acton with first place and new meet records in the Senior Girls 100 metre hurdles and open 3000 metre hurdles top per formances at the Forest Lily Meet included a fifth place finish from a field of GO by Deb Clarke in the midget girls 100 metre event Jane placed sixth in a field of in the junior 100 metre sprint Neville Porter added a fifth in the metre event for junior boys and eighth in the metre run There were en trants in Porter metre race and another in the 100 metres added a third place finish in tin senior boys metres At the Rebel relays which are sponsored by Georgetown High School team of Karen Chap men Meredith McLaren Sharon Cook and Sharon McGregor were the crew to beat at the senior girls level They topped both tl and metre runs Team coach and high school McLaren is expecting great resulls from his senior girls in up and coming
