over the last week to run their record three wins against no de feats and give them first place in league stand lags Last Wednesday evening the Sportsmen handed Family Cleaners a 124 setback and then in the Sunday opener lopped Station Hotel 179 as their bats continued to boom In other Sunday action Hills Electric edged Construc tion 11 for their first win against one loss Family Cleaners nipped Van Welding in the days other ma ten- up J and had Utile trouble topping their Wednesday night match with Family Cleaners as five third inning runs gave them a com lead they would richer relinquish The Sportsmen scored three times in the first In ning A couple of walks and singles by Dave Allen and Ray Graham produced the runs Family Cleaners pulled close in the second Inning as a pair of walks and singles by Eton Schmidt and Robin Inscoe brought the runs across the plate In the third J and exploded Ten batters came to the plate in the inning with six singles being recorded Fred Archibald
