both a piper and a hockey player Not only iocs he dabble In these activities but the 19yearold in both top band As a seven year veteran with the City of Pipe Band he Is the only member who has been entirely trained by tht band He Is currently tutored by Pipe Ma jo r Neigh The City of Pipe Band ranks as one the eight grade one bands in Canada and will be competing at the World Championships in Scotland next year In the past year the famous band won the Open Championships came second in the Canadian championships and second in the North American championships Scott as well as being part of this prize win group has won his own medals in Solo competition Some of his major coups include a silver medal at the Montreal Highland Games for coming second in the March Division a third for the
