June with the title to be transferred on or before August The property will then be used by the Eramosa NonProf it Housing Corporation for the erection of a senior citizen housing project The province has approved a unit apart building with ancillary space for common room laundry caretaker storage and mechanical rooms The board of directors has approved a conceptual plan for pair of two storey wings Joined by the present two school classrooms Apartment sizes will be approximately square feet for a one bedroom unit and square feet for a two bedroom unit The architects for the project are
