riddle or two and a piano Many of the calls were repetitive and some were very boisterous Modern square dancing is called to the accompaniment of a record using modern music There are approximately basic moves that ore taught in beginners classes Many are the same us the calls such as dostdo Grandchainall But there are differences The caller in modern square dancing ill put the moves log ether in a patter dance that is not repetitive but is raphed The modern square dance caller will then use the same moves in a singing call which allows dancers to enjoy the music and the moves as they
