accordance with and are part of His plan for His universe Spring A time or birth and rebirth as grass plants flowers shrubs and trees come to life I love the different shades of green thst appear as lender leaves spring forth on the great variety of trees God has provided Spring is also a time of renewed activity as we plant flowers and our vegetable gardens Fellowships are renewed over garden fences as neighbors chat Next Sunday is the Day of Pentecost We remember that first Pentecost when the Holy Spirit was sent into the world by God the Father and Jesus Christ We learn of God purpose for the Holy Spirit in Holy Scripture especially in Johns Gospel Jeaus before His Ascension to heaven said If you love me you will keep my com mandments and I will pray to the Father and He will give you another Counsellor to be with you forever even the Spirit of truth the Counsellor the Holy Spirit will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that 1 have said you Peace I leave with you My peace I give to you John All of God plans and purposes are for the good of us His people Spring is a time to recall all of God blessings that He showers upon us It is a lime to be grateful night School choirs in harmony The Acton family of schools gathered musical talent together last Wednesday night to perform a concert at Acton High School Choirs and bands from McKenlie- Robert Little the Government of Ontario released a document entitled Flood Plata Criteria A Policy Statement of the Government of Ontario on Planning for Flood Plain Lands This statement of policy was Jointly pre pared by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing The purpose was to inform Liens and government officials at all levels of the Provinces policy relating to development on flood plain lands the administration of this policy and to provide notice that the statement would be adopted under the new Planning Act which was passed by the Provincial
