Museum Kelso Pork The Friends of the Museum sponsor heir fourth annual summer festival Ihis weekend Four museum buildings will be open for inspection the barn circa displaying and Victorian furnishings the craft house housing period costumes and handcrafts the carriage house filled with vehicles and antique toys school and or collections and the log cabin circa 1822 an excellent example of the county earliest homes The proceeds from the 1970 and festivals were used defray expenses in recon strutting an old log cabin beside the museum pond The cabin was saved demolition in and was brought to the museum grounds log by log reassembly Last year the Friends raised money for the construction of a massive terrace in front of the barn the main museum building To the auxiliary 1073 is known as The Year of the Fountain This year funds will contribute to the construction of a fountain In the middle of the new terrace Both fountain and terrace were designed by former museum director J
