has arisen over whether the parking ticket themselves are Illegal The confusion over the legality of the number of other problems that have cropped up during the first year or regional govern ment created by the overnight change of Georgetown to Hal ton Hills When a number of residents woke up morning Just prior to Christmas to find parking tickets lucked under the wiper blades of cars parked
