WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO: Research, uncover, and oversee/coordinate the assignment of new business leads for our sales teams Manage and develop our existing Assignment & Listings team Ensure that all assigned leads are assigned, actioned, tracked, updated, and followed up on Create sophisticated reports to track lead generation, assignment, activity and resulting sales Track sales success rates within various business sectors/industries (i.e. dentists, lawyers, etc.) Support and contribute to LSGs success by communicating effectively and providing timely and accurate data to our sales and leadership teams. ABOUT YOU: Has a degree/diploma in data management or related field (or 3+ years experience in a similar role) Highly skilled in all Microsoft Office applications with expert knowledge of Excel, Access and other data management tools Solid analytical skills combined with proven research abilities An excellent verbal and written communicator An outstanding team player with superior time management and organizational skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to infl uence others.
