their si Mr Lavender said Some split grade classes make it difficult for the to present programs effectively and lo deal with individual children needs In addition small schools have fewer services such as librarians and subject specialists When compensation is made with additional staff from the Education Area allotment lar schools have fewer leach rs as a result and thus are denied services of
