Hands presented its volunteers with appreciation awards and pins thanking them for the work they the past years At a short ceremony in the lis municipal off Ices Tuesday afternoon supervisor for Helping Hands in Georgetown Barb Stephens said it the best example she s seen of a community that really cares about working together For the first time in It history she said Helping Hands has had
