volunteer would be trained to help I felt that all were con Interested in the Hospice Care Program and left the meeting feeling more enthusiastic convinced that this is a much needed and worthwhile service Joyce t from Acton This was the first meeting of this nature that I had attended was Impressed I found the group lo be very friendly and certainly very sharing and caring truly provided food by train night and will be back July Elaine Hannah has also gone to Jamboree as a volunteer staff working in the canteens there but will not be going out with the boys She will also return July 12 The Annual District Awards Night was held in Georgetown June and were very pleased to sec Cub Gary Foster receive a certificate for having earned his five stars Robert Foster and Glenda receive their Warrant of Appointment for serving three years and taking basic training and Dick Rock receives his fiveyear service pin Some pi rents ended the year by attending hay ride and wciner roast hosted by
