one to two weeks in Industry The employer does not pay the handicapped persons ARC In dustries does In some cases this has lead to full time employment Countryside is a home for IB mentally retooled persons with a full time staff of five people and many pari lime workers This residence is a stepping stone to Independent living where the residents are given a chance to develop and become port of
