their special day There were tiny babies little lots and youngsters through to teenage with parents and many grandpa rents who came out enjoy special music a his time of the year It was the third Sunday in Advent The Kerr family were asked to come up to light the advent candles As this was family Sunday other members of the congregation took part in the service The men a and ladles choir combined as they sang a beautiful anthem The passages of Scripture were read by the teenage boys and girls One happy event during the service was the announcement Bandy that two families had decided lo become mem of United Church He then called on Mr and Mrs John to come to the front also Mrs Wesl Mr and Mis were quite familiar with the congre gation as Ihcy have been attending church for some The Kerr family enter talnod in their usual fine style with some additional talent as they brought along heir friend who had an exceptionally fine voice She delighted all as she sang Iwo or three numbers It was lime now for the highlight of the afternoon when old Santa appeared wilh his bag of gifts Much credit is due to the teachers and all others who assisted with the concert with a special
