Fundraiser su cystic fibrosis Kinette Balloon Race settles in East Toronto The winds must have been eastward last September at the Georgetown fall fair because hat a where balloons In the Kindle Club Great Balloon Race ended up each tagged with the entrant name and address were sent aloft at the fair and subsequently retrieved In Pickering Thornhill and other areas of Toronto Georgetown s Kinetics resident dropped the story MY WISH By TINA PRIME I have a disease and I wish I could get rid of It so that it eat up my day with treatments They arc sick They lake sick minutes First I get buffer and I call It the nose of my monster I attach it to the middle of my mask turn it on and it goes vroom Then I go to the basement and lie on a cushioned board for five minutes and do nothing My dad watches what else I have to I have to lake pills yucky pills How gross I could only get rid of it it makes mo frustrated and makes other people think 1 special Well nol I Just Ihe same as you no different not the least bit different I have a disease So what Do you understand why I don t like this awful disease and believe if I go through needles once a week and I also get flu shots I go to the hospital every 14 to 16 weeks and I always have to cairy around Ihavetoweararnedicalalertand I can go to most normal camps I had to go the hospital when I was little for lots operations That s why I wish I student at Toronto Ryeraon Poly technical Institute David has put forth a fine effort for his second try film making At though An Image Too Many tends to be melo dramatic in plot and the characters too black and white the pace of the film Is good The acting is convlnc and the photography has enough action to maintain viewer Interest David has filmed from Interesting angles not limiting his camera to eye level and this has made for greater visual appeal Unfortunately his characters suffer from lip flap with their lip move ments out of sync with the sound at limes Its worth noting also
