organist and Ron Moffat was responsible for the flowers in the church Following the service Rev Walter Ridley all for a sandwich lunch and fellowship while they viewed the display of arts and crafts Beautiful quilts tablecloths oil paintings needle point pictures and a display by the Norval Women Institute their last quilling project following the yesteryear pattern were up for spec to admire An policies begun at the May Board meeting the trustees vot reinstate a policy of collecting fines on over due materials which was dropped several years ago as an experimental measure The original reasons for eliminating were centered around the hope that the absence or fines would encourage more people to back books that were appa be withheld in an attempt to avoid the payment of Hie ne
