eagerly anticipated by all Involved has been hosted by the Rotary Club since less For those who are newly qualified or who may have moved since hut year and thus are not on the mailing list please note that the location will be the Holy Cross Church Auditorium at Maple Avenue an Monday evening November 1983 starting at 7 oclock In order to have your name added you should mall your name address and phone number to Michael at Drive Georgetown who Is again the chairman for this event As Michael put It this week several years ago as this event grew in size we felt we had to effect some controls over attendance and so the decision was made to offer the dinner to those residents of Georgetown who had reached their birthday Space is a serious consideration For example this year over people have already been malted their Invitations About 300 ore expected to enjoy this years ham dinner and entertainment The wives of Rotary members prepare and cook all the food while the themselves turnintochaulfeursandwaltersfortheevenlng A bus service is provided for the residents of the majorseniorcitlzensapartmentsintown and for those who need assistance he will pick them up in their own vehicles ranging from a sports car to a pick up truck According to Michael this transportation will be provided where requested but because of the amount of work to bo done and the number of volunteers available to do it the committee would appreciate it If only those really requiring assistance request a ride However noone will be left out All In all the 1S83 party looks set for another successful evening with the Rotarlans and Rotary already hard at work preparing to give our over community an evening to enjoy and remember This event by now an annual tradition would seem to typify
